Can you bill
me?
At this time, a valid credit card number is required for any Internet order.
Net 15 day terms are available with prior approval. Call 1-800-262-0332
Signed purchase orders are accepted from schools, churches, corporations, fraternal organizations, associations, etc.
Purchase orders can be faxed to 763-545-0480.
Is there a
minimum order?
No order is too small or too large.

Return Policy
We pack and check merchandise carefully before shipping and cannot be responsible for damage in transit. You must notify us within 10 days for returns on merchandise shipped in error. A restocking fee may be charged. Candy and Glow products are not returnable.
Refund Policy
Refund checks will be issued within 30 days of authorization
of a credit memo for returned or damaged merchandise.
Cancellation
Policy
Backordered merchandise valued at less than $10.00 will automatically be cancelled.

ONLY IMPRINTS Are
there any other charges? There is a $35 set up screen charge for each imprint order. If you have more than one item to imprint: 1st imprint item....$35.00. 2nd imprint item....$30.00. 3rd imprint item ....$25.00. 4th imprint item ... FREE! We save your
artwork for two years. Repeat Imprint customers are only charged $20.00 for

You can email your artwork to us at imprint@amcsalesinc.com. Please specify "artwork" in the subject line of your email message. 600 dpi EPS files are preferred, but jpeg files will be accepted. As always, you can call us at 1-800-232-0332 to expedite your order.

Once we receive your artwork, we can usually deliver your order to you in 2 to 3 weeks.

Once the art work has been approved by the customer, no
cancellations are possible.

How much is
shipping & handling?
Shipping on orders of $250 or more is FREE within the Continental USA! Orders are shipped by UPS Ground unless restricted by size or weight. If other arrangements are necessary, such as Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select, we can accommodate you. Call 1-800-232-0332 for Express shipping.
There is a $5.00 Rush Fee for same day shipping.
$9.95 shipping and handling charge on orders up to $100.00.
$15.95 shipping and handling charge on orders from $100.01 to $249.99.
Actual postage is charged on shipments outside the Continental USA. (eg: Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and U.S Virgin Islands.)
